이 오피스는 양조장 내부의 창고 구조 안에 업무, 실험, 체험, 상주를 위한 프로그램이 함께 놓인 공간이다. 

기존 산업 공간이 가진 구조와 스케일은 설계의 출발 조건으로 유지되었다. 천장 높이와 구조 프레임, 설비 라인은 그대로 드러난다. 

업무 공간은 이 구조 사이에 배치되며, 가구와 작업면은 프레임의 방향에 맞춰 정렬된다. 

공간은 구조가 만든 질서를 중심으로 구성된다. 오피스와 실험 공간은 하나의 선을 따라 이어진다. 

작업 테이블과 실험 면, 기록 공간이 연속적으로 놓이며 업무와 관찰, 협업이 같은 장면 안에서 이루어진다. 

체험 공간은 이 배치에 인접해 위치해 외부 방문과 내부 작업이 자연스럽게 교차한다. 마감은 조적과 금속을 중심으로 구성되었다. 

각 재료는 서로 다른 결과를 전제로 텍스처 스터디가 진행되었고, 그 결과가 공간 전반에 반영되었다.

This office is a space where programs for work, experimentation, experience, and on-site stay are placed within the existing warehouse structure of a brewery.

The structure and scale of the industrial building are retained as the starting conditions of the design.

Ceiling height, structural frames, and service lines remain exposed.
Work areas are arranged within this structure, and furniture and work surfaces are aligned with the direction of the frame.

The space is organized around the order established by the structure itself.

The office and laboratory areas extend along a single line.
Work tables, experimental surfaces, and areas for documentation are arranged in sequence, allowing work, observation, and collaboration to occur within the same scene.
The experience area is positioned adjacent to this layout, creating points where external visitors and internal work naturally intersect.

Finishes are composed primarily of masonry and metal.
Each material was studied through texture explorations that led to different outcomes, and those results are reflected throughout the space.
